Suzanne (Jaenichen) Blair has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1995 and calls Howard Hanna |Coach Realtors, Garden City office her home base. Suzanne grew up in the village and being part of her family’s real estate firm (Jaenichen Realty), Suzanne practically has “real estate excellence” in her DNA! After graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park, and then completing an MA at Adelphi University, Suzanne worked in the advertising industry as a copywriter for one of Manhattan's top advertising agencies, BBDO Worldwide. The invaluable copywriting skills she honed there are now used in great marketing campaigns on any property.
